History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Vladzebr is the main planet of the Vladzebrian Empire, a planet with a feudal, military culture, which is highly imperialistic and patriarchal; and an Empire with hereditary succession. Its governmental system is largely unwritten, and is honor based, on oaths; led by an Emperor, with supreme and absolute power. There is also a legislative body known as the Council of Counts, which controls the Vladzebrian Empire’s finances, and is somewhat parallel to a traditional Terran House of Lords. Each member of the 101-man Council of Counts controls a District, or a large-sized slice of a planet. There is also a Council of Ministers which controls the executive functions of the government, and other formal and informal advisors to the Emperor. There are four major ethnic groups on Vladzebr, descended from Terran, Zhodani, Imperial, and Vlazhdumecta forebears, presumably to be found among the original colonists. The Vlazhdumecta are an explicit minority on Vladzebr, and it appears that Terran is the predominate culture, based on the number of Vladzebrian cultural aspects that mirror, or are derived from, Terran culture. Such as, it appears that Terran varietal of Galanglic serves as the predominant language, with the three others forming minority tongues.

The Theron sector and even the subsector, takes its name from this world here. Legend has it that an exploration ship from the Regency of Muirimi, hundreds of years ago, was on a deep space sweep, where they encountered an alien derelict inhabited by a horrible beast, in the battle with the monster, the Captain and First Officer died, and the ship was damaged. They had barely been able to make it to Encha where they crash landed. Some say Theron may have been the ship’s name, or the Captain, others say it is for the beast, and thus it is for the sector to be called. Encha was named either for a place on Old Earth, or maybe and adjective, as the world already hosted a Vlazhdumectan colony. The world is broken up into various states, and has seen its share of conflict.
