Description

A Government organisation created for a specific purpose and, within those purposes, are empowered to act autonomously. How the activities of the various agencies are controlled will be defined in their charters.

Example agencies may include Navies, Military Forces, Law Enforcement Departments, Research Bodies, Government Bureaux, etc.
