The Dhourraz Cornucopia is a grouping of worlds and systems located in Dzighkafe Subsector of Knoellighz Sector.

Description (Specifications)

The Dhourraz Cornucopia

Three worlds hold the lion's share of Agricultural, Garden, Rich and Water resources with products needed by the frontier, non-aligned worlds. This corporation specializes in food, spices, fishing, salts, undersea mining, water and middle- and low-tech recreation resort environments.

Though limited to the production of the shipyards at Dhourraz, the cluster houses four Naval Bases to protect its interests with a single fleet.

History & Background (Dossier)

The Vargr who colonized and settled this small cluster of six worlds ranged too far ahead of the slow creep of the Democracy of Greats. As the greater polity turned Coreward in their slow but sure expansion, attention to clusters of worlds on the Spinward border lessened. This cluster was left to develop on its own. Unlike the Ogzzarvellronill Cluster, Dhourraz kept its interstellar Tech Levels high enough to commute to other mains, traces and clusters of worlds. Though the colonists had originally intended to be swallowed up by the Democracy of Greats, the corporation found new freedom in doing business as a non-aligned worlds entity.

The corporation currently holds Uea 0906, Dhourraz 0907 and Songuzgzurrganoen 0908 as source worlds with which to conduct trade with entities such as Cornered Industries Trade Consortium (an Anglic translation of the original name) and with the Democracy of Greats.

There exists a corporate interface office some 20,000 Vargr and Zhodani ex-pats strong on Gnekugzkfaldorrgagh (Knoellighz 0804) which serves as a neutral meeting ground when hot-button affairs arise. Emissaries and corporate representatives meet here between Dhourraz and Songuzgzurrganoen.

Some contact with the Zhodani Consulate is possible, but engaged with some xenophobia due to the rumors painted all over the "Crystal Wall" to Spinward.
