Having a Computer/10 means the possibility of acquiring and running Fire Control/2, so as to apply the +2 from that to belt mining checks - or to let the computer take a 6-hour shift "attacking" an asteroid at +1. Alternately, 5 Bandwidth is available - even while Jump Control/2 is running - for Expert programs (and Intelligent Interface), such as Engineer (j-drive) and Astrogation to let someone make those checks without the untrained penalty.
