Bakhuma system has a population between 10 and 100 million sophonts. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Sapphyre Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Bakhuma, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility who acts as an Imperial representative to the world. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel. During the Long Night this world was named Kikhi Li.

Astrography and Planetology[edit]

Bakhuma is a member of the Dagudashaag Main.

Bakhuma possesses a harsh, windswept environment, which is almost totally incompatible with humans. The plants and wildlife are inedible and the soil lacks the appropriate nutrients to support imported crops.

Stellar Data[edit]

History and Background[edit]

A relative backwater, the only item of interest is the IISS base which runs a surveillance operation on the indigenous aquatic lifeforms.

The substantial Human population is dispersed along the equator, where they are concerned with their low-tech subsistence farms.

World Starport (St)[edit]

Bakhuma has a Class D Starport, a poor quality installation which has few of the expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of only a downport, unless this is a trade port or system with an hostile environment mainworld.
