Timeline of attempted Solomani reintegration[edit]
The Solomani Sphere page currently states: "Margaret II formally declared in 940 that Terra would be reintegrated into the Imperium in 950, but forty more years of efforts by the Imperium to reassert itself were stymied by the Confederation government." Supplement 8: Library Data (A-M) is clear that Empress Margaret II ordered the reintegration in 940. Alien Module 6: Solomani states that it happened on 13 March 5471 / 292-950 imperial. This timeline is important. Margaret II died (of natural causes, at about 121 years of age) in 945, and Styryx was emperor in 950. So presumably she issued the order in 940 but gave a decade lead time because it would take time to communicate the decision by xboat to the worlds in the Solomani Autonomous Region and attempt to implement the initial changes. This means that Emperor Styryx wasn't just responsible for (mis)managing the Solomani Rim War, but the whole final phase of the failed reintegration.
