Libert, subsector B of Diaspora has 33 worlds, of which 30 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 64 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are 3 Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus 7 Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are 10 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds versus 4 Industrial (In) worlds. There are 3 Rich (Ri) worlds versus 5 Poor (Po) worlds. There are 2 Water (Wa) and Ocean (Oc) worlds, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Desert (De) worlds, one Asteroid (As) belt, and 7 Vacuum (Va) worlds. There are 5 High population (Hi) worlds versus 11 Low population (Lo) worlds and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are 2 Naval bases and one Scout base. In Libert there is one race homeworld. The highest population world is Zeeland (Diaspora 1602). The highest tech level is F at Khunan (Diaspora 1104), Libert (Diaspora 1109), Ridge (Diaspora 1210), and Talca (Diaspora 1407). The average technology level is 10 (with most between 7 and 12). The sector capital is at Libert (Diaspora 1109).
