There are 3 High population (Hi) worlds versus 10 Low population (Lo) worlds and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are 2 Naval bases and no Scout bases. The highest population world is Tigr (Spica 0626). The highest tech level is E at Boreal (Spica 0623). The average technology level is 7 (with most between 4 and 9). The subsector capital is at Boreal (Spica 0623).
