Baskin is a poor, non-agricultural and pre-industrial desert world with no free-standing water.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Arlumer Subsector of Ilelish Sector in the Domain of Ilelish.
- It is unable to produce quality foodstuffs and must import them.
- It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society.
- Life here is tough. The severe climate and inability to grow adequate food sources make for a trying life here. Planetary leaders hope to expand its industrial sector and begin exporting manufactured goods in the near future.
