The Loper Ground Carrier is a Vargr-built APC weighing about 20 shipping tons.[1] Its robust armor (Armour 40), airlock, and basic amenities--a bunk and a fresher--allow it to be used in hostile environments.

The Loper is likely to be used alongside the Galvan Construction Platform--or to escape one![2]
