Galvan Construction Platform
The Galvan Corrosive Environment Construction Platform, also known as the Galvan Construction Platform, or simply the Galvan, is a relatively well-known construction vehicle by Panstellar, often used to build habitats in corrosive atmospheres.
Description[edit]
The Galvan is a rugged, stumpy vehicle with a cargo crane tail, its alarm-yellow trunk is often covered in a thick layer of debris-dust. It floats along the ground like an industrial wizard's tower, its mechanical arms hanging off the sides like a lazy, wind-blown spider.
The Galvan Robot Brain[edit]
While the Galvan has frequently featured in horror movies as a "psycho killer robot", it's simply a smart tool that provides labor without risking anyone's skin. As a Very Advanced design, the Galvan can work almost entirely on its own,[1]
"Weapons: None"[edit]
The Galvan is never truly unarmed, as its tools (rivet guns, industrial drills, welding torch, etcetera) and mechanical hands are quite powerful. It can also move at a few hundred kilometers per hour and carries tons of armor, which can be dangerous in a collision.
