Proposed Fixes (2022-03-17)

The taxonomic categories could probably be reformatted based on Traveller5 without harming HG mission codes. The T5 categories have better definitions, in that they are inclusive in a way that Book 2 and High Guard never were, and that MT couldn't manage to mitigate.

Line Combatants => Naval Offensive (Principal, Major, Special, Minor)

                  => Naval Siege (Attack, Invasion, Defender)

Escort Combatants => Naval Defensive (Principal, Major, Special, Minor)

                  => Naval Independent (Anti-Port, Anti-Shipping, Anti-Commerce)

Military Auxiliary => Naval Auxiliary Supply (Major, Minor, Resupply, Information)

Commerce => Scheduled Merchant (Passenger, Cargo, Freight)

                  => Unscheduled Merchant (Passenger, Cargo, Freight)
                  => Chartered (Recreation, Active, Luxury)

Government/NGO/Private => Information (Small Goods, Data, Goods and Data)

                      => Exploration (First Look, Re-Look, Data Collection, Medical, Analysis, Resource Search)
                      => Bureaucratic (Inspection, Enforcement)
