Old Colonies, subsector O of Vanguard Reaches has 35 worlds, of which 27 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 17 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are four High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, 18 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, ten Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are three Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus three Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and two Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There is one Rich (Ri) world versus two Industrial (In) worlds. There is one Asteroid (As) belt, one Desert (De) world, two Garden (Ga) worlds, one Ice-capped (Ic) world, five Poor (Po) worlds, five Vacuum (Va) worlds, and two Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) worlds. There are three Naval bases in the subsector, six Scout bases, and no Way stations. The highest population world is Hacourti (Vanguard Reaches 2235). The highest tech level is D at Vidtron (Vanguard Reaches 1937), Daquarn (Vanguard Reaches 1939), and Charsala (Vanguard Reaches 2233). The average technology level is 8 (with most between 5 and 10).
