MegaTraveller Journal 3 says that Audine Garhik, nephew of Archduke Norris, was made "Marquis of of Vincennes and Count of Perez and Eriris [sic]" in 1108, taking over from the previous marquis who had died without heir. Since any son of Norris' elder brother William would be the heir to the Duchy of Regina, and since there is no mention anywhere of a third Aledon sibling, I've chosen to make him a half-nephew instead of a full nephew. And since Norris was a mere subsector duke in 1108, I've also assumed that Audine wasn't chosen because he was Norris' kin but because of his other family connections, the Garhiks, so I gave them a duchy of their own.
