I'm almost sure I've seen a remark somewhere (in canon) about Collace getting raw material from Tarsus, Avastan, and Inchin, but I can't track it down. I've looked in the obvious places (Tarsus, Divine Intervention, Beltstrike, etc.), but I may have overlooked it anyway. Can anyone help me track down that reference? It's urgent.
