Grav Tank

Grav tanks develop at tech level 9 when anti gravity propulsion becomes available. Grav tanks are often fusion powered behemoths armed with high energy weapons. Grav tanks can fly nape of earth and achieve orbit if sealed and the crew is provided with life support. They tend to be very expensive and can carry enough armor and point defense fire control to render them nearly immune to tactical missiles and HEAP warheads which are the predominate anti-armor weapons of lower technology levels. The speed and tempo of these armored operations allow military forces to range over continents.
