Kou, subsector N of Dark Nebula has 30 worlds, of which 28 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 129 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are five High population (Hi) worlds, one Moderate population (Ph) world, 13 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds, five Low population (Lo) worlds, and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are four Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus no Pre-Agricultural (Pa) worlds, and six Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are no Rich (Ri) worlds versus two Industrial (In) worlds. There are no Asteroid (As) belts, no Desert (De) worlds, one Garden (Ga) world, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, three Poor (Po) worlds, eight Vacuum (Va) worlds, and one Water (Wa) or Ocean (Oc) world. There are no Naval bases in the subsector, no Scout bases, and no Way stations. The highest population world is Eikhilua (Dark Nebula 1236). The highest tech level is E at Teayokhlae (Dark Nebula 1238). The average technology level is 9 (with most between 6 and 11).
