Promise, subsector L of Diaspora has 28 worlds, of which 28 have native gas giants. The estimated population for the subsector is 6 billion sophonts (not necessarily humans). There are 7 Agricultural (Ag) worlds versus 4 Non-Agricultural (Na) worlds. There are 13 Non-industrial (Ni) worlds versus one Industrial (In) world. There are 2 Rich (Ri) worlds versus 5 Poor (Po) worlds. There is one Water (Wa) and Ocean (Oc) world, no Ice-capped (Ic) worlds, no Desert (De) worlds, one Asteroid (As) belt, and 6 Vacuum (Va) worlds. There is one High population (Hi) world versus 7 Low population (Lo) worlds and no Barren (Ba) worlds. There are 2 Naval bases in the subsector, no Scout bases, and no Way stations. In Promise there is one race homeworld. The Imperial nobility includes 27 Knights, 3 Baronets, 8 Barons, 3 Marquis, 5 Vicounts, one Count, one Duke, one Subsector Duke, and one Archduke. The highest population world is Promise (Diaspora 2827). The highest tech level is F at Udone (Diaspora 2927), and Gorky (Diaspora 2929). The average technology level is 10 (with most between 7 and 12). The subsector capital is at Exeter (Diaspora 2729).
