Proposed Navbar (2022-03-17)

The taxonomic categories could probably be reformatted based on Traveller5 without harming HG mission codes. The T5 categories have better definitions, in that they are inclusive in a way that Book 2 and High Guard never were, and that MT couldn't manage to mitigate.

Navbar "Line Combatants"

 Naval => Offensive (Principal, Major, Special, Minor)
 Naval => Siege (Attack, Invasion, Defender)
 Naval => Defensive (Principal, Major, Special, Minor)

Navbar "Escort Combatants

 Naval => Independent (Anti-Port, Anti-Shipping, Anti-Commerce)

Navbar "Military Auxiliary"

 Naval => Auxiliary Supply (Major, Minor, Resupply, Information)

Navbar "Mercantile Commercial Ships"

 Commerce => Scheduled Merchant  (Passenger, Cargo, Freight)
 Commerce => Unscheduled Merchant (Passenger, Cargo, Freight)
 Commerce => Chartered (Recreation, Active, Luxury)

Navbar "Non-Mercantile etc etc" / "Non-Commercial etc etc"

  Government/NGO/Private => Information (Small Goods, Data, Goods and Data)
  Government/NGO/Private => Exploration (First Look, Re-Look, Data Collection, Medical, Analysis, Resource Search)
  Government/NGO/Private => Bureaucratic (Inspection, Enforcement)
