Details are extrapolation from known canon regarding Vargr cultural regions, diaspora history, etc. The Upir Cusuri culture (extinct) is mentioned in "MegaTraveller- Alien Vol. 1 - Vilani and Vargr", pg 79; on pg 77 the location is given as "outside the Hezeraek Connective".
This is an intriguing region, seeing as it's a meeting point for Vargr (Suedzuk specifically, likely Julian expat Ovaghoun and Irilitok to a lesser extent); Humans (Vilani and Yileans); and K'kree (militant Outpost and, probably, clients operating on their behalf).
