It is located on the west coast of Noncredo, population 50 million. Founded in 170, during the "Back to Piety" reign of Ezekiel Gordon, the 12th Mayor of Credo, by a breakaway group of merchants and non-conformists. Even today it is a semi-independent enclave with its own rules and regulations, its autonomy enshrined in Regina's membership treaty with the Imperium. Its liberal banking laws have made the city the financial hub of the Duchy of Regina.
