Since a standard Low berth costs 50 KCr, I think the price is an order of magnitude too low, unless this is a use-once and throw away item. If not, then it should be around 60 KCr at TL-11, and have the same consumables cost (100 Cr per use).

You're quite right. I'll amend the article. I had thought of this as an emergency device which was technically re-usable, but was usually discarded after use.
