Disintegrator Weapons or simply Disintegrators disrupt the strong molecular attraction that holds matter together, causing an object’s molecules to fly apart. Available at very high Tech Levels.

Under research at TL-15, they become available at TL-16. they are an extension of the manipulation of forces employed in nuclear damper systems, weaponized.
