Philip Warnes was a member of HIWG-New Zealand and the Technical Editor from 2001-2002 of the Meshan Sector Classic Traveller project (which didn't eventuate) and contributor to The Meshan Saga fanzine.
From 1991 he has been involved in playtesting and development of the FSpaceRPG roleplaying game.
In 2019 FSpace Publications released free world supplements for the 4 Meshan Sector worlds Philip worked on.
