(I am the primary author, Martin J Dougherty. It is my understanding that this book has been withdrawn from sale (albeit belatedly) at my request. QLI ceased paying royalties from Feb 2007 onwards. Attempts on my part to resolve the situation were not successful, and the book was eventually withdrawn over a year later without any explanation offered by QLI for the failure to pay what was owed - nor any other response to my efforts to communicate. This book should no longer be offered for sale in any format.)
