James Maliszewski (born 1969) is an RPG author and freelance writer. James has designed and written for Atlas Games, Green Ronin Publishing, Wizards of the Coast, White Wolf and among many others. He has written for many major roleplaying game lines, including Ars Magica, BESM, D20 Modern, GURPS, Hunter: The Reckoning, Storyteller: Dark Ages, and Traveller.
James founded his own small press company in 2007. Called Rogue Games, the company published Thousand Suns, a science fiction roleplaying game inspired by many of the same "Imperial SF" authors and stories as Traveller. James currently lives and works in Toronto, Canada but considers Baltimore, Maryland to be his home.
