Ian Douglass MacArthur, fourth son of Prince Colin VII and Princess Laura (Barness Kingsloch).
Ian never, ever expected to rule. No fourth child of a Caledonian monarch had ever reached the top of the order of succession during his lifetime before. It would only happen once more in recorded history.
Ian served in the Royal Caledonian Expeditionary Service, first as a scout officer, then (after a term at the Royal University of Caledon as a research director. He only left his post in 122, when he became second in line to the throne after Stuart's death and Morris' incapacitation.
