The first five issues were in A4 format and were sold at games conventions, an advert in White Dwarf and via word of mouth.
By issue 5 circulation had built up to a print run of 300. However impending A-levels and university threatened the break up of the editorial and production team at P.G.S. and the decision was made to pass control over to a new editorial team. D. W. Hockham took up the challenge and steered the magazine through three more themed issues, now in A5 to match the Traveller books themselves.
The several references to 'Lucky the Cat' were about Robert's cat which used to sit on the freshly printed stacks of pages and leave footprints. Lucky was eventually run over by a car.
