Gadiga is a low-population water world, which has 90% or more of its surface covered in an ocean of water and a population of less than 10,000 sophonts.
- The inhabitants of this world live on the roughly 10% of exposed land mass, in underwater colonies, on city ships, or similar arrangements.
- This dangerous world is designated an Amber Zone with an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that make it dangerous to visitors.
- It is a member of the Third Imperium in the Voskhod Subsector of Vland Sector in the Domain of Vland.

Non-canon: Giant organisms large enough to swallow submarine craft whole prowl the Stygian darkness of the abyssal depths of this world. The dangerous nature of some of these enormous predators may have contributed to the amber travel advisory. They have not been eliminated, and in fact are highly protected, as they are vital links in the intricate native ecosystem.
Imperial Landed Nobility[edit]
Gadiga, as a member world of the Third Imperium has a member of the Imperial Landed Nobility who acts as an Imperial representative to the world.
