A legal agreement signed in 202, incorporating the Second Luriani Protectorate into the Third Imperium.

The treaty allowed for a fifteen year transition period as the Protectorate was integrated into the Imperial system.

Under the treaty, Luriani worlds were entitled to maintain significant military forces, with substantial offensive capabilities -- though few if any took advantage of this for hundreds of years.
