During talks on the [[Citizens of the Imperium]] boards in early 2007, an argument was made to [[Marc Miller]] about how likely that was and how likely it was that an Earthlike  border world wouldn't have been built up. Marc indicated his intention of upping the population level retroactively to 7.

Unfortunately, I forgot to ask if he would change the government too. It's likely, but there's no telling what it will be changed to.

Since The Spinward Marches, Tenalphi has had a population of 60 yet maintained a Class A starport and a tech level of E. During talks on the Citizens of the Imperium boards in early 2007, an argument was made to Marc Miller about how likely that was and how likely it was that an Earthlike border world wouldn't have been built up. Marc indicated his intention of upping the population level retroactively to 7.

Unfortunately, I forgot to ask if he would change the government too. It's likely, but there's no telling what it will be changed to.
