Does it make a huge difference in ship design costs in the rules? Would substituting a ladder and hatch for an elevator make a lot of difference in design and cost? You can put a cheap lift in your house to handle wheelchairs, they don't need large hydraulics or big motors on top or bottom of the 'shaft'. Seems like a simple thing in the far future?] |
