The Commission for the Preservation of the New Order (COMPNOR) was a pro-Imperial political organization created to provide support for the Third Imperium. Founded in the Year 4 by Emperor Cleon I, it lasted until the Civil War. COMPNOR was finally disbanded in the Year 621 by Emperor Gustus.
COMPNOR and the Imperial Nobility[edit]
COMPNOR members were often granted immunity from the authority of the Imperial nobility, including the Archdukes and the sector and subsector Dukes. However, the COMPNOR organization itself was administered by the Select Committee, itself composed of Imperial nobles.
Imperial Stormtroopers[edit]
COMPNOR had its own paramilitary organization, the Imperial Stormtroopers.
Other COMPNOR Organizations[edit]
COMPNOR had other branches including the Sub-Adult Group and the Coalition for Progress.
