A dish, beloved of the Vargr peoples; Akanarzh is a raw, fermented meat-loaf-like dish.
Description (Specifications)
The Akanarzh dish is native to Lair (Provence 2402).
The dish is made from finely chopped meat, which is mixed with a carbohydrate base, spice-pods, and seasonings. The meat is packed into a rectangular dish, lined with aromatic leaves, covered with more leaves, weighted, and left to ferment for thirty days or so.
After this time, the meat is unwrapped, cut into thick slices and either flash-fried, lightly grilled, or served cold.
