Generates a subsector category name based upon the allegiance code:
- Im -> Third Imperium subsectors
- As -> Aslan Hierate subsectors
- Hv -> Hive Federation subsectors
- So -> Solomani Confederation subsector
- Kk -> Two Thousand Worlds subsectors
- Va -> Vargr Extents Subsectors
- Zh -> Zhodani Consulate subsectors
