Base Capacity is one of each per size code of target planet. A minimum on one of each. Takes 1 year to install and build each. Can colonize asteroids, rings, gas giant atmospheres.

Colony Base 100 tons, Cr. 500,000 to install, 50,000 revenue/year, houses 100 colonists

Industrial Center 100 tons, Cr. 2,000,000 to install, 200,000 revenue/year, factories allow manufacturing, 1 allowed/3 mining centers
Mining Center 100 tons, Cr. 1,000,000 to install, 100,000 revenue/year, produce ores and raw materials for factories
Fort 100 tons, Cr. 500,000 to install, ASB, SAM missile silos with tracking and fire control, to shoot down attacking ships.
