Editing Outworld Development

A [[development organisation]] primarily concerned with settlement and trade in the coreward half of [[Halcyon Sector]]. It operated from 4900AD to around 5200AD and had its headquarters at Corolis (1008 Halcyon). It traded with the [[Esaran]] but conflicted with [[Scybrian Development]], particularly over those worlds known as the [[Nist cluster]]. Its influence declined as rival businesses began to cut into its markets. Its core systems eventually became the [[Corolian Jurisdicture]].
