Vicarii

A sophont species, a Minor Race native to an eponymous world (Phlask 0406).

The Vicarii are at a stone age level of development, and nearby Human nations actively discourage visits to their world, mostly out of a desire not to see them exploited, as would likely result if various outworld factions began competing for the planet's riches.
