Non-Canon[edit]

An "Outpost" according to the original "Beyond" by Paranoia Press is an installation similar to an Imperial Way Station, but non-Imperial in origin. Such bases are established for the storage, maintenance, refitting, and refueling of equipment belonging to a particular political faction. [1]
