It seems most of this entry is non-canon and not reflected in the original Avenger Enterprises Grand Fleet, the Hero Traveller Grand Fleet, the MgT1e Sector Fleet, or the latest MgT2e Imperial Navy book. In those sources the HQ for the Marches Sector Fleet is Mora, and there is no mention of an 'Admiralty House,' although this is possibly a nifty homage to the O'Brian Aubrey-Maturin series.

Note that the term 'Office of Naval Intelligence' appears to be unique to the MJD Fleet books; the term used in earlier sources such as The Spinward Marches Campaign as well as MgT2e books like The Third Imperium or Imperial Navy is Imperial Naval Intelligence.
