In the rimward subsectors are found worlds with non-Vargr names. One world, Hellewanse at TL-16, stands out as an example. The polity surrounding these worlds is the Vargr Empire of Varroerth. This begs the question of whether these worlds were conquered by the Vargr (likely Gvegh and Logaksu sub-species), pre-populated by another sophont race. Or did the Vargr stumble on Die Back worlds and re-colonized them? Next is the presence of Scout and Waystation Bases in Ksinanirz Sector where there are none further rimward and trailing in the Empire. Who rolled up these worlds?
