Hans, What the difference between the Imperial University of Regina and the (canon) University of Regina?

Actually, both are canonical. That is, there are various references to the University of Regina and some of them have an 'Imperial' tacked in front and some don't. Obviously, I could have assumed that those that don't were just omitting the 'Imperial', but I thought that the untidiness of making them two distinct institutions made for a nice bit of verisimilitude (Real Life often isn't tidy ;-). Also, I like to emphasize the distinction between Imperial duchies and member worlds (And between the Imperium and its component duchies).
