What is ITTO Intelligence? It should either be defined or deleted. There is no Imperial Encyclopedia entry defining it.
We should go back to White Dwarf Magazine #27 and see what it means. Great point.

- The acronym is a name-drop in the opening paragraph of the article; it is not defined. Obviously, the author thought it was self-evident.
