- "The Knights Imperial were intended to be the other "half" of the OEG, as I had defined the OEG as mostly Landed. They are also intended to be the generic Knight, for the most part. Most other Orders see themselves as a bit more exclusive, while the OKI have a large membership of those knighted for reasons that don't necessarily fit into one of the other Orders. They also likely have benefited from politics amongst the other Orders, gathering in those that the Masters of those Orders don't necessarily want, whether for good reasons or not. For this reason, the OKI and the OEG tend to get along far better than some of the others do; both are known for having broad memberships."
