Per T5 and Agent of the Imperium, the standard spelling of the rank name among the Imperial Marines is "Coronel", as opposed to the Imperial Army spelling of "Colonel". This point is made explicitly by Marc Miller in footnotes. --WHULorigan (talk) 15:36, 30 May 2020 (EDT)
