The Akhorgh Separate is a (Standard) Hegemony led by a Hegemon. A Hegemony is an interstellar political entity, or polity, that is characterized by a very high degree of centralization, strong policies that direct the entire sectors or states, and a strong disregard for local/planetary differences. As a generality, the members of a Hegemony have less freedom than almost any other type of a governmental power structure except an Empire.
