1. Life was fully developed biochemically early in the fossil record.
2. Magnetic bacteria appear to be on Earth and Mars as per David McKay's Martian meteorite study.
3. No shadow biosphere to indicate chemical evolution of proto-cells.
4. No transitional Eukaryotes.
5. The aesthetic nature of our eclipse.
6. Founder effect shown in all Earth life.
7. Metrics for transfer are shown, and dwarf any for abiogenesis.
8. Habitats exist throughout the Solar System.
9. The chemistry of early Earth was wrong for abiogenesis. If any chemistry can be considered right.
