Squadron (NFC)

A Nautical Force Squadron, or "Sea Squadron" (SEARON) is the basic unit of the Army Nautical Force fleet organization.

• It is an organizational groupings of enough warships and auxiliaries to be considered a viable nautical combat force.

Description

The Sea Squadron is the basic building block of Nautical Forces. Each Squadron in the Imperial Army Nautical Force Command will be commanded by at least a Sea Commodore, although this may occasionally be a temporary rank for an officer of lesser substantive rank standing in while a new senior officer arrives, being "tried in office" and/or awaiting confirmation of promotion.
