Roger DeGrammont

• Doctor Roger DeGrammont is a former scout and member of the Doctors Without Borders who co-founded the intersystem shipping company Arcon Lines. Dr. DeGrammont retired from the IISS and participated in several missions of mercy within the spinward marches. He settled on Jenghe and noticed a need for caretaking of a large group of human and Vargr orphan children. He created an orphanage program in the guise of an Imperial Star Scouts unit. The older children help raise the younger ones and the scout base sponsors that unit. The combined patronage of Arcon Lines, the IISS, Dr. DeGrammont and Baron Skyos has lead to Scouts winning several annual competitions as well as kids joining the IISS and the Imperial Navy.

• Dr. DeGrammont was Knighted in late 1103 and inducted as a Knight Commander in the Order of the Arrow.
