Richtofen class Missile Corvette/meta

Taken from the Richthofen Class Missile Fighter. There is a difference in crew size and cargo capacity, but the two ship classes look pretty much the same, and the history appears to match. I have assumed that the two ship classes refer to the same information, and will be redirecting the other file to this one.
